摘要
职业技术教育领域的教育硕士专业学位试点已有7年、3届毕业生,需要系统总结培养成效与不足。文章围绕“双师型”职教师资的培养目标和定位,设计了3个一级指标和12个二级指标,经过广泛的问卷调查,计算出一、二级指标的权重,构建了职业技术教育领域专项评估指标体系。
The pilot program of master of education in the field of vocational and technical education has been completed for 7 years and 3 sessions graduates.It is necessary to summarize systematically the training achievements and shortcomings.The purpose of carrying out the special evaluation is to investigate comprehensively the running of professional degree authorization points,to ensure the training quality of degree points,to create a highland for vocational teacher training,and to improve the"double qualifications"teacher training system of vocational education.This paper focuses on the training objectives and positioning of"double-qualified"vocational education teachers,designs 3 first-level indicators and 12 second-level indicators.After extensive questionnaire survey,the weights of first-level and second-level indicators are calculated,and a special evaluation index system in the field of vocational and technical education is constructed.
