摘要
日本职业生涯教育是一种培养学生劳动观与职业观的教育,目的在于促进学生身心的和谐发展。日本职业生涯教育的实施以健全的保障机制、多元的实施主体、多样的实施形式、完善的评价制度为支撑,其实践经验对于我国当前开展劳动教育具有很好的借鉴与启发意义。我国可通过健全劳动教育相关制度体系、加强劳动教育教师队伍建设、丰富学校劳动教育实施形式、优化学生综合素质评价方案等举措,推动劳动教育的有效实施。
Japanese career education is a kind of education to cultivate students'view of labor and career,and its purpose is to promote the harmonious development of students'body and mind.The implementation of Japanese career education is supported by sound security mechanism,multiple implementation subjects,various implementation forms and perfect evaluation system,and its practical experience is of great reference and inspirational significance to the current development of Chinese labor education.China can promote the effective implementation of labor education by improving the institutional system related to labor education,strengthening the construction of labor education teachers,enriching the implementation forms of labor education in schools,and optimizing the comprehensive quality evaluation scheme for students.
