盾构隧洞内大直径钢管组对安装工艺研究

摘要 基于珠江三角洲水资源配置工程,为实现长度12 m、内径4800 mm内衬钢管在隧洞狭小空间内的高质量、高效率组对安装作业,通过分析传统组对安装工艺的不足,结合现有技术,对盾构隧洞内大直径钢管组对安装工艺进行研究,设计出一套大直径钢管组对安装装置,并于珠江三角洲水资源配置工程试验段项目上成功应用,新工艺实现了大直径内衬钢管更高质量、高效率的组对安装,给珠江三角洲水资源配置工程主体标段安装工作的开展提供了坚实的技术基础,也给类似隧洞类工程的开展提供了研究方向。 Based on the water resources allocation project in the Pearl River Delta,in order to realize the high-quality and high-efficiency assembly and installation of the lining steel pipe with a length of 12 m and an inner diameter of 4800 mm in the narrow space of the tunnel,by analyzing the shortcomings of the traditional assembly and installation technology and combining the existing technology,the assembly and installation technology of large-diameter steel pipes in the shield tunnel is studied,and a set of large-diameter steel pipe assembly and installation device is designed.The new technology has been successfully applied in the pilot section of the Pearl River Delta water resources allocation project.The new technology has realized the assembly and installation of large-diameter lined steel pipes with higher quality and efficiency,provided a solid technical foundation for the installation of the main section of the Pearl River Delta water resources allocation project,and also provided a research direction for the development of similar tunnel projects.
