Extraction and Application of Polysaccharides from Achyranthes Bidentata

怀牛膝多糖是从怀牛膝中提取、分离、纯化得到的一种小分子水溶性多糖化合物,具有抗肿瘤、增强免疫功能、抗凝血、抗病毒、改善骨质疏松、促进骨骼发育、抗氧化、抗衰老等效用,已成为重要的多糖药物之一,在临床应用和保健品中具有很大的开发潜力。对怀牛膝多糖的提取工艺及应用现状进行了系统深入的研究,并对其未来的进一步研究提出了可行性建议。

Bidentata bidentata polysaccharide is a kind of small molecule water-soluble polysaccharide compound,which has the effects of anti-tumor,enhancing immune function,anticoagulation,antiviral,improving osteoporosis,promoting bone development,anti-oxidation,anti-aging and so on.It has become one of the important polysaccharide drugs,and has great development potential in clinical application and health products.In this paper,the extraction pro⁃cess and application status of Achyranthes bidentata polysaccharide were systematically studied,and the feasibility sug⁃gestions for further study were put forward.
