花生壳粉末对亚甲基蓝吸附性能的研究 被引量:1

摘要 利用花生壳粉末作为吸附剂,处理亚甲基蓝的模拟废水溶液,进行最佳吸附条件的探讨。结果表明,处理初始浓度为50 mg·L^(-1)的亚甲基蓝溶液,最佳吸附条件为0.7 g、中等粒径的吸附剂,p H=8,室温,150 rpm振荡速度。实验表明,花生壳作为吸附剂在染料(亚甲基蓝)废水的处理中具有良好的应用前景。物理吸附中,染料在吸附剂表面及内部的扩散是决定吸附剂吸附效果的主要因素;而化学吸附主要因素是基团与基团之间发生静电反应和基团之间的化学粘合作用。 Fallen leaves of peanut shell powder were used as adsorbent toremove methylene blue from wastewater.The opti⁃mum conditions were investigated.Under the optimum conditionsof initial concentration of methylene blue 100 mg·L^(-1),amount of adsorbent withm edium size 0.7 g,pH=8,room temperature and shock speed 150 rpm.It was showed that this adsorbent could be applied in treatment of dyeing(methylene blue)wastewater in the future.In physical adsorption,the dye(methylene blue)is a main factor affecting the adsorption effect of adsorbent in the adsorbent surface and internal diffusion,and chemical adsorption was due to the electrostatic interaction between protonated groups and the chemical bonding action between functional groups.
