铝镁合金粉中氯化银浓度法测定氯含量

摘要 研究了铝镁合金中氯的比蚀方法测定,铝镁合金样品经过优级纯的硝酸和氢氧化钠酸碱双重溶样,使铝镁合金样品能够溶样完全,溶液澄清透明。在硝酸介质中,氯与硝酸银生成浊物、乳白色胶状沉淀或胶状悬浮物,通过分光光度计在波长420 nm处,利用形成的浑浊度测定氯离子含量,并进行了该方法的波长选择性实验、稳定时长性实验及检出限实验。本方法灵敏度高,稳定性好,回收率高,成线性准确度良好,且操作步骤简单,方便快捷,建立了铝镁合金中氯含量测定的新方法。 This method to study the golden locks a total of aluminum eclipse than chlorine,sodium nitrate,aluminum hy⁃droxide sample-dispelling,double lock alloy sample the pH to make aluminum alloy sample-dispelling can sample a com⁃plete lock,determination of chloride ion content by spectrophotometer at wavelength 420 nm.The procedure is simple,the experiment is convenient and the result is quick,and clarify a transparent solution.Solubility in nitric acid medium,chlo⁃ride,along with silver nitrate to create oil,and photometer for the determination of chloride ion content,and the selective wavelength of experiments,the way to stability when a long sexual experiments and inspection method the qualification method of high stability,and operational procedures simple,convenient,quick establishment of a lock for the determina⁃tion of aluminum alloy in the new method of testing.
