铝镁合金粉中氯化银浓度法测定氯含量

Determination of Chlorine Content by Silver Chloride Concentration in Aluminium-Magnesium Alloy Powder

研究了铝镁合金中氯的比蚀方法测定,铝镁合金样品经过优级纯的硝酸和氢氧化钠酸碱双重溶样,使铝镁合金样品能够溶样完全,溶液澄清透明。在硝酸介质中,氯与硝酸银生成浊物、乳白色胶状沉淀或胶状悬浮物,通过分光光度计在波长420 nm处,利用形成的浑浊度测定氯离子含量,并进行了该方法的波长选择性实验、稳定时长性实验及检出限实验。本方法灵敏度高,稳定性好,回收率高,成线性准确度良好,且操作步骤简单,方便快捷,建立了铝镁合金中氯含量测定的新方法。
