Research on the Rights of Modern Apprenticeship of Testing Majors in Vocational Colleges

现代学徒制为当前我国高职教育人才培养模式的最新形态。通过以广东省G职业学院“环境监测技术”现代学徒制试点为研究对象,分析该专业现代学徒制人才培养模式及学徒权益保障,为高职院校现代学徒制人才培养模式的探究及学徒权益保障提供一定的经验和参考。

Taking the modern apprenticeship pilot of"environmental monitoring technology"in Guangdong G Vocational College as the research object,this paper analyzes the modern apprenticeship talent training mode and apprentice rights and interests protection of this major,and establishes an apprenticeship rights and interests index evaluation method,which can provide some experience and reference for the exploration of modern apprenticeship talent training mode and apprentice rights and interests protection in higher vocational colleges.
