摘要
本研究主要选取滁州学院40名公共武术选修课的女大学生为实验对象,训练内容以武术基本功、初级长拳为主,进行为期三个月的武术训练干预,并对受试者训练前后的身体形态、身体机能、身体素质等相关指标进行测试,将测试结果进行统计学分析。数据显示,武术训练干预对女大学生的身体形态、身体机能以及身体素质的多项指标均呈显著性影响,具有良好的改善和促进作用,主要表现在:体重明显降低,皮下脂肪厚度、围度值降低,说明可以起到减脂作用;肺活量明显增强,心率明显降低,说明可以提高受试者的心肺功能;训练后对柔韧性、下肢力量的作用非常明显,说明可以提高受试者的柔韧、力量等身体素质。
In this study,40 female students of public Wushu elective course in Chuzhou University were selected as experimental subjects.The content was based on basic martial arts skills and elementary Changquan,and the martial arts training intervention was carried out for three months.The subjects’body shape,body function,physical quality and other related indicators were tested before and after the training,and the test results were analyzed statistically.The data show that martial arts training intervention has significant differences in female college students’body shape,body function and physical quality,and has a good improvement and promotion effect.The main performance is as follows:the weight is significantly reduced,and the subcutaneous fat thickness and circumference value are reduced after the training intervention,indicating that it can play a role in fat reduction;the lung capacity was significantly enhanced and the heart rate significantly decreased,indicating that the cardiopulmonary function of the subjects could be improved.After training,the effect on flexibility and lower limb strength is very obvious,indicating that it can improve the subjects’flexibility,strength and other physical qualities.
