摘要
针对长春轻轨一期项目车辆固定铰存在的问题,设计了一种新型固定铰结构,可与原车完全兼容,且在维修、维护、减重等方面均有提升。文章阐述了新型固定铰的结构特点,结合其受力工况进行了静强度及疲劳强度分析,并搭建三向加载的试验装置进行了相关试验。试验结果和装车运用情况均表明该新型固定铰可满足使用要求。
In view of the problems of the lower articulated device for Changchun Light Rail Phase I Project vehicle,a new lower articulated device structure is designed,which can be fully compatible with the original vehicle and improved in repair,maintenance,weight loss and other aspects.This paper expounds the structural characteristics of the new lower articulated device,analyzes the static strength and fatigue strength in combination with its stress conditions,and builds a three-dimensional loading test device to carry out relevant tests.The test results and loading conditions show that the new lower articulated device can meet the requirements.
