有轨电车固态锂电池包结构和热仿真分析

摘要 某有轨电车首次采用固态锂电池包作为控制电源。文章介绍了该固态锂电池包的组成特点,并对其进行了结构和热仿真,以验证其安全性和可靠性。结果表明,该固态锂电池包的机械性能和充放电温升及温差满足有轨电车的使用要求。 For the first time,a certain tram adopts solid-state lithium battery pack as the control source.This paper presents the composition characteristics of the solid-state lithium battery pack,and conducts structural and thermal simulations to verify its safety and reliability.The results show that the mechanical performance of the solid-state lithium battery pack,as well as its charge and discharge temperature rise and temperature difference,meet the usage requirements of trams.
