UVC LED在轨道车辆空气杀菌消毒中的应用研究

轨道车辆车内空气中的细菌、病毒等通过其通风系统进行扩散和交换,可能造成乘客大面积、跨接触距离交叉感染。为保障乘客的出行安全,文章结合深紫外发光二极管(UVC LED)的特性,设计了一款UVC LED空气消杀模块,采用内置于轨道车辆送风道或回风道的方案,并设计适用于列车车厢内的杀灭试验方法,最后通过仿真和试验对杀灭效果进行分析。结果表明:UVC LED空气消杀模块可有效杀灭常见细菌、病毒等病原体,改善车内空气环境。

Bacteria and viruses in the air of rail vehicle diffuse and exchange through the ventilation system,which may cause cross-infection of passengers in large areas and across contact distances.In order to ensure the safety of passengers,this paper designs a UVC LED air disinfection module based on the characteristics of UVC LED,which is built into the air supply duct or return duct of rail vehicle,and the disinfection experiment method suitable for the train compartment is designed.Finally,the disinfection effect is analyzed by simulation and experiment.The results show that the UVC LED air disinfection module can effectively kill common bacteria,viruses and other pathogens,and improve the air environment in the train.
