Generation Logic and Development Pathof the New Form of Human Civilization

中国共产党在百年奋斗征程中创造了中国式现代化新道路,创造了人类文明新形态。人类文明新形态形成于中国式现代化的实践探索之中,与中国式现代化相互熔铸,形成了人民至上、协调发展、共同富裕、和谐共生以及和平发展融为一体的文明新范式。人类文明新形态对人类文明范式具有重要价值贡献,既立足于为中华文明谋复兴,又着眼于为人类文明谋发展。从其生成逻辑来看,人类文明新形态遵循马克思主义文明观的基本观点,是在时代召唤和中国特色社会主义实践中积淀而成,它不是人类文明发展的“完成时”,而是“进行时”。推动人类文明新形态的接续发展,要贯彻人民至上理念,在“解难题”上做出实际成效;要落实协调发展方针,在“促协调”上寻找最佳答案;要强化共同富裕实践,在“增福祉”上交出满意答卷;要增强和谐共生信念,在“遵规律”上实现绿色发展;要深化和平发展战略,在“谋发展”中践行开放共赢。

The Communist Party of China has created a new road of Chinese-type modernization and a new form of human civilization in the course of a century of struggle.The new form of human civilization is formed in the exploration of Chinese-type modernization practice,and is mutually integrated with Chinese-type modernization,forming a new paradigm of civilization that integrates people first,coordinated development,common prosperity,harmonious coexistence and peaceful development.The new form of human civilization has an important value contribution to the paradigm of human civilization.It is based on the revival of Chinese civilization and the development of human civilization.From the perspective of its generation logic,the new form of human civilization follows the basic viewpoint of Marxist civilization view,which is accumulated in the call of the times and the practice of socialism with Chinese characteristics.It is not the“completion time”of the development of human civilization,but the“ongoing time”.To promote the continuous development of new forms of human civilization,we must implement the concept of people first and make practical achievements in“solving problems”;we must implement the coordinated development approach and find the best answer to“promote coordination”;we should strengthen the practice of common prosperity and hand in satisfactory answers on“increasing well-being”;we should strengthen the belief of harmonious coexistence and realize green development in“following the law”;we should deepen the strategy of peaceful development and practice the open and win-win strategy in“seeking development”.
