China’s Unremitting Contribution to the Growth and Evolution of the World Economy from the Perspective of China-Us Relations

自1978年改革开放以来,中国经济的迅速发展已成为国际体系中显著的特征之一,改变了21世纪的世界经济发展和世界格局演变。中国很可能在不久的将来成为世界上最大的经济体,这引起了相对实力正在下降的美国的不安,新冠疫情加剧了中美两大经济体之间的冲突。自2018年以来,特朗普政府将“中国威胁”作为美国国际政策的基础,试图重建新“冷战”和两极世界的叙事,同时复兴国际共产主义威胁论,而拜登政府一直在将这一政策激进化。中国特色的社会主义制度的优越性使中国成功地避免了资本主义正在经历的周期性危机,与美国政府的宣传相反,中国在抗击新冠疫情中所付出的努力堪称典范,其在控制疾病的同时也致力于国内经济社会的发展,并已取得一定成效。

Since the Reform and Opening Up in 1978,the rapid development of China’s economy has become one of the outstanding features of the international system,changing the world economic development and the evolution of the world pattern in the 21st century.China is likely to become the world’s largest economy in the near future,causing unease in the United States,whose relative power is declining,as the COVID-19 pandemic intensifies the conflicts between the two major economies.Since 2018,the Trump administration has made the“China threat”the basis of US international policy,trying to rebuild the narrative of a new“Cold War”and a bipolar world,while reviving the international communist threat theory,which the Biden administration has been radicalizing.The superiority of the socialist system with Chinese characteristics has enabled China to successfully avoid the periodic crises that capitalism is going through.Contrary to the propaganda of the US government,China’s efforts in the fight against the corona virus epidemic are exemplary.And Chinese government has committed to domestic economic and social development while controlling the disease,and has achieved some results.
