Construction of “Double-carbon” Culture

“双碳”目标的实现除了需要资本的引导、科技的创新、能源结构的调整等措施外,更离不开“双碳”文化的支撑。“双碳”文化是有效解决人与自然矛盾的思想武器。从“双碳”理念、“双碳”价值观和“双碳”行为规范三个维度构建“双碳”文化,培育和践行“双碳”文化重在知行合一,要求人们在生态文明建设中改变自己的发展方式、生活方式和行为方式,在实践中推动人与自然和谐共生现代化的发展。

In addition to the guidance of capital,innovation of science and technology,adjustment of energy structure,the realization of the“dual carbon”goal cannot be separated from the support of the“dual carbon”culture.“Double-carbon”culture is an effective ideological weapon to solve the contradiction between man and nature.This paper constructs the“double carbon”culture from three dimensions:“double carbon”concept,“double carbon”value and“double carbon”code of conduct.The cultivation and practice of“two-carbon”culture focuses on the integration of knowledge and action,which requires people to change their development mode,lifestyle and behavior mode in the construction of ecological civilization,and promote the modern development of harmonious coexistence between man and nature in practice.
