摘要 新时代高校劳动教育直接决定着社会主义建设者和接班人的劳动精神面貌、劳动价值取向和劳动技能水平。而通过控制理论开环系统中输入量、控制量、反馈量来分析,高校劳动教育存在个体认知偏差、目标定位失准、评价系统缺位的困境。因此,将高校劳动教育融入闭环系统,将劳动教育以理论教育和实践教育来划分,通过基于主客评价的内外双环进行控制,按照有效输入、精准控制、闭环反馈的思路,凝聚思想共识、搭建实践平台、追踪实施效果,可为新时代高校劳动教育实践提供新的视角和探索路径。 College labor education in the new era directly determines the labor spirit outlook,labor value orientation and labor skill level of socialist builders and successors.By analyzing the input,control and feedback from the perspective of the open-loop system of control theory,it is found that the labor education in colleges and universities has the dilemma of individual cognitive bias,misalignment of goal positioning and absence of evaluation system.Therefore,the integration of college labor education into the closed-loop system,the division of labor education into theoretical education and practical education,the internal and external double loop control based on subjective and subjective evaluation,the cohesion of ideological consensus,the construction of practice platform and the tracking of implementation effect according to the ideas of effective input,precise control and closed-loop feedback,can provide a new perspective and exploration path for college labor education practice in the new era.
