摘要 在钢轨波磨检测过程中,受列车左右颠簸蛇形运动与弯道区域影响,波磨测量点会偏离轨顶中心线位置,导致测量结果无法真实反映实际情况。为了解决该问题,提出一种波磨空间曲线的检测算法,即利用点线结合的波磨测量方式,结合中点弦测法测量原理与线轮廓点云数据处理算法实现对波磨空间曲线的精确还原。在此基础上,搭建波磨检测样机进行试验验证,结果表明所提算法的测量误差小于0.12 mm,能够满足精度要求。 In the process of rail corrugation detection,the corrugation measuring point may deviate from the position of rail top centerline due to the influence of train′s serpentine movement and curve area,resulting in inaccurate measurements.To solve this problem,a detection algorithm for corrugated space curve is proposed,that is to accurately restore the corrugation space curve by using the corrugation measurement method of point-line combination,and integrating the measurement principle of the midpoint chord method with the line profile point cloud data processing algorithm.On this basis,a corrugation detection prototype machine is built for test verification.Results show that the measurement error of the algorithm is less than 0.12 mm,meeting the accuracy requirements.
