摘要
我国铁路业界推荐在铁路枢纽地区优先采用第三组牵引变压器的独立供电单元备用方案,以提高牵引变电所主接线的可靠性,但目前第三组变压器仍采用效率较低的手动投入方式,亟需对其备自投系统自动控制方法进行优化。通过对牵引变电所传统两路进线两组变压器主接线方案和两路进线三组变压器主接线方案的备自投系统控制原理进行对比分析,从细化主接线运行状态的判断逻辑着手,提出了两路进线三组变压器主接线方案下新型备自投系统自动控制方法。该新型备自投系统增设了中间运行状态,并将中间运行状态细分为过程态和初始态,基于此对该系统的控制原理进行详细论述。运用Matlab软件进行案例仿真验证,仿真结果表明:新型备自投系统自动控制方法具有可行性,仿真结果与其备自投系统的控制逻辑相符,可以满足备自投系统状态转换逻辑的唯一性要求。
The independent power supply unit backup scheme with the third set of traction transformers is recommended by China′s railway industry for railway junction area,to improve the reliability of traction substation main wiring.However,the current third set of transformers still relies on the less efficient manual input mode and it is urgent to optimize the automatic control method for standby auto-switching system.By comparing and analyzing the traction substation standby auto-switching system control principle of the main wiring schemes for branch connection between conventional two sets of two-way incoming transformers and three sets of two-way incoming transformers,starting from the perspective of refining the judgement logic of main wiring running state,an automatic control method of new standby auto-switching system is presented for the three sets of two-way incoming transformer main wiring scheme.The new standby auto-switching system adds intermediate running state,which is then subdivided into process state and initial state.On this basis,the system control principle is discussed in detail.Matlab software is used for case simulation and verification,and the results show that the automatic control method for new standby auto-switching system is feasible,simulation results are consistent with the standby auto-switching system control logic,meeting the uniqueness requirement of standby auto-switching system state transition logic.
