摘要
现在越来越多城市轨道交通线路需要增加ATS(列车自动监控)系统备用控制中心,为确保主要控制中心发生故障时备用控制中心有效启用,需研究有效的ATS主备控制中心切换方案。研究在线路同时设置主用控制中心和备用控制中心的情况下,从每个控制中心的系统架构、相关设备配置及切换原理等方面出发,分析线路正常运营时,主备控制中心的工作状态及故障情况下的切换场景,确保当主用控制中心部分或完全故障时,主用控制中心能够正常切换至备用控制中心,保障线路运营不受影响。
An increasing number of urban rail transit lines are requiring installment of main/backup OCC(operation control center).To ensure that the backup OCC is effectively initiated when the main OCC fails,an effective main/backup OCC switchover proposal for urban rail transit ATS(automatic train supervision)system is studied.Under the condition that both main and backup OCC systems are set up for lines,from aspects such as system structure,related equipment configuration and switchover principle of each control center,the working state and failure switchover scenarios of main/backup OCC in normal service are analyzed,making sure that the main OCC can switch to backup OCC without affecting line operation when the main OCC fails partly or completely.
