平面凹进框剪结构处理方式研究

摘要 针对某高层商用公寓楼平面凹进较大情况,采用Midas Gen软件,对设弱连梁、设强连梁和设抗震板3种平面处理方案,分别进行多遇/罕遇地震下的动力分析。计算结果表明:由于一般抗震设计中仅考虑小震弹性工况,当凹进不大且满足规范限值要求时,在凹槽处增设拉梁后抗震性能的改善较为明显,当平面凹进程度较大时,增设拉梁则并不十分理想,增设抗震板后的效果明显好于仅设拉梁;对于凹进不规则结构,无论增设拉梁或抗震板,都无法大幅降低扭转位移比,无法有效解决结构固有的扭转不规则问题。 In this paper,in view of the large planar concavity of a high-rise commercial apartment building,Midas Gen software is used to carry out dynamic analysis under frequent/rare earthquakes for three plane treatment schemes,i.e.,weak coupling beam,strong coupling beam and anti-seismic slab.The calculation results show that,since only small earthquake elastic conditions are considered in the general seismic design,when the concavity is small and meets the limit requirements of the code,adding tie beam at the groove can remarkably improve the seismic performance;when the planar concave degree is large,adding tie beam is not very ideal;the effect of adding anti-seismic slab is obviously better than that of only adding tie beam;neither tie beam nor anti-seismic slab can greatly reduce the torsional displacement ratio and effectively solve the inherent torsional irregularity of concave irregular structures.For such planar concave irregular structures,while the plane is strengthened,the structure should have sufficient torsional stiffness to avoid excessive torsional effect.
