摘要
碳达峰碳中和目标的提出和实施路径的确定进一步促进了天然气在能源转型中的桥梁作用,未来天然气市场仍将处于稳定增长期,漏磁检测则是采用铁磁性材料的天然气长输管道缺陷检测的主要技术。以天然气长输管道为背景,从管道漏磁检测技术角度出发,介绍管道漏磁检测技术原理,分析影响管道检测结果因素,并结合国内外管道漏磁检测技术研究现状,探讨天然气长输管道缺陷漏磁检测技术未来发展。
The proposal of carbon peaking and carbon neutrality goals and the determination of implementation path further promote the bridge function of natural gas in energy transformation.In the future,the natural gas market will continue to grow steadily.Magnetic flux leakage testing is the main technology for the defect detection of long-distance natural gas pipeline using ferromagnetic materials.Based on the background of long-distance natural gas pipeline,this paper introduces the principle of magnetic flux leakage testing technology for pipelines,analyzes the factors that affect the pipeline detection results,and discusses the future development trend of magnetic flux leakage testing technology for the defect detection of long-distance natural gas pipelines in combination with the research status of magnetic flux leakage testing technology for pipelines at home and abroad.
