城市八景的保护与更新研究——以唐河八景中的三景营造为例

Study on the Conservation and Renewal of the Urban Eight Scenes—Taking the Three of the Eight Scenes in Tanghe as an Example

综述了城市八景保护与更新的理论和实践发展,指出城市八景的保护与传承虽有一定实践,但理论探讨不足,相关实践以隶属文保单位的城市八景为主,而非文保单位的实践却难有公认的章法;提出保护性更新对城市八景才是具有传承和发展价值之正道的观点。围绕唐河八景中的“龟井寒泉”“泌桥飞雪”“竹林晚翠”三景的遗迹不存、遗迹尚存、遗迹受迫的3种现象,探讨了相应的史料考证式、存古容今式、文脉延续式3种城市八景的保护性更新方法,并展示了其实际功效。在同一城镇,多个城市八景景目的保护性更新项目得以设计并落地建成,在全国并不多见,希望其经验对其他城市有所启发。

This paper reviews the theoretical and practical development of the protection and renewal of the Urban Eight Scenes,and points out that although there are some practices in the protection and inheritance of the Urban Eight Scenes,the theoretical discussion is insufficient.What's more,the relevant practices are mainly based on the Urban Eight Scenes that belong to the officially protected monuments and sites,but those which are not within this scope are difficult to have recognized methods.Therefore,it puts forward the view that protective renewal is the right way to inherit and develop the Urban Eight Scenes.Among the Eight Scenes in Tanghe,the three historical sites of"Turtle Well Cold Spring""Snow Fluttering on the Bi Bridge"and"the Bamboo Forest Verdant in the Setting Sun"respectively belong to the three types:destroyed,preserved and coerced.The protective renewal methods of the above three types are correspondingly discussed:through historical textual researches,blending the past and the present,as well as continuation of cultural context,and then their practical effects are demonstrated.It is uncommon in China that multiple conservation projects designed and completed in the same town,and we hope its experience will inspire other cities.
