基于人工智能的电网智能调度平台构建技术研究 被引量:11

摘要 随着电网中业务应用类型越发复杂,多源电网业务信息呈现出容量过大而价值密度低的特点,电网调度业务流程日趋繁琐。在此环境下,传统经验型调度模式工作效率低、协同性不强,难以满足现代电网调度运行需求。因此,提出了基于人工智能技术、依赖电力大数据驱动的调度决策支撑技术,通过智慧人机交互方法智能识别、判断、提取电力关键调度业务信息,并将不同的区域业务汇总于统一的电网智能调度平台。在平台的支撑下,有效简化并解决复杂的业务模式识别问题.将人工智能的技术优势与电网调度运行需求深度融合,从而更好地支撑电网调度、电力交易、事故异常处置等调控业务的智能应用。 With the increasing complexity of business application types in power grid,multi-source power grid business information pres-ents the characteristics of large capacity and low value density,and the power grid dispatching business process is becoming more and more complicated.In this environment,the traditional empirical dispatching mode has low efficiency and weak cooperativity,which is difficult to meet the needs of modern power grid dispatching operation.Therefore,a dispatching decision support technology based on ar-tificial intelligence technology and relying on power big data drive is proposed.Through intelligent human-computer interaction method,it can intelligently identify,judge and extract key dispatching business information,and summarize different regional business into a uni-fied power grid intelligent dispatching platform.Under the support of the platform,the complex business pattern recognition problem can be effectively simplified and solved.The technical advantages of artificial intelligence are deeply integrated with the requirements of power grid dispatching operation,so as to better support the ubiquitous intelligent application of power grid dispatching,power trading,accident exception handling and other regulation business.
