通过古籍文献调研、中药现代研究进展及其研究成果的梳理,结合中医临床及中药学等学科领域内的专家学者的认识及应用经验,经讨论认为丹参:功效主要为活血祛瘀,通经止痛,清心除烦,凉血消痈;其症靶为心绞痛、月经不调;其标靶为蛋白尿、肝硬化;现代药理研究发现丹参及其有效成分具有保护心血管系统、抗糖尿病及其并发症、改善肝肾损伤、抗纤维化、抗缺血性脑病等作用;丹参不宜与藜芦同用,月经过多者及孕妇慎用;临床医家使用剂量为10~37.3 g。

Based on the investigation of ancient books and literature,the progress and achievements of modem research on traditional Chinese medicine,and the understanding and application experience of experts and scholars in the fields of clinical Chinese medicine and Chinese materia medica,it is believed that danshen root has the following characteristics:It mainly has the effects ofpromoting blood circulation for removing blood stasis,unblocking channels and relieving pains,clearing heart heat and vexation,cooling blood and resolving carbuncles.Its symptom targets are angina pectoris and menstrual disorders,while its biochemical indicator targets are proteinuria and liver cirrhosis.The modem pharmacology has found that danshen root and its active ingredients have the certain efiects of protecting the cardiovascular system,combating diabetes and its complications,improving the liver and kidney damages,anti­fibrosis and anti-ischemic encephalopathy,etc.Danshen root should not be combined with veratrum and should be used with caution in those with excessive menstruation and pregnant women.Its dosage range used by clinical doctors is 10-37.3 g.
