甲醇钠催化合成碳酸甲乙酯研究 被引量:1

摘要 介绍了国内外合成碳酸甲乙酯(EMC)的工艺现状。并在实验条件下以碳酸二甲酯(DMC)和碳酸二乙酯(DEC)为原料,用甲醇钠(CH_(3)ONa)催化合成了EMC。其中重点研究了投料比、实验时长、实验温度及催化剂加入量对实验的影响。实验结果显示,CH_(3)ONa的催化活性表现良好,在CH_(3)ONa的催化反应下最适合的合成条件是:25℃下,催化剂CH_(3)ONa加入量占投料总质量的0.1%,DMC与DEC投料物质的量比2∶1,实验时长0.5 h。 The process status of synthesizing methyl ethyl carbonate(EMC)at home and abroad was introduced.EMC was synthesized under experimental conditions with dimethyl carbonate(DMC)and diethyl carbonate(DEC)as raw materials and sodium methoxide(CH_(3)ONa)as catalyst.The effects of feed ratio,experiment time,experiment temperature and catalyst amount on the experiment were emphatically studied.The experimental results showed that the catalytic activity of CH_(3)ONa was good.The most suitable synthesis conditions under the catalytic reaction of CH_(3)ONa were as follows:the experiment temperature 25℃,the amount of CH_(3)ONa catalyst 0.1%of the total mass of the feed,the amount ratio of DMC to DEC 2∶1,and the experimental time 0.5 h.
