摘要
针对SRC工艺进行低压天然气乙烷回收时存在流程能耗高及热集成度低的问题,采用常规(火用)和高级(火用)分析方法对工艺进行热力学分析,发现主冷冷箱(火用)损失大、可避免(火用)损和外源性(火用)损占占总(火用)损的比例最大,确定主冷冷箱改进潜力最大。通过增设预冷冷箱及将主冷箱与过冷冷箱结合的方法改变流程换热网络,改进后能耗降966.9 kW。
Aiming at the problems of high process energy consumption and low heat integration in low-pressure natural gas ethane recovery with the SRC process,thermodynamic analysis of the process was carried out by conventional exergyanalytical method and advanced exergyanalytical method,and it wasdetermined that the main cold box hadthe greatest improvement potential.By adding a pre-cooling cold box and combining the main cold box with the sub-cooling cold box,the process heat exchange network waschanged,and the energy consumption wasreduced by 966.9kW after the improvement.
