切顶卸压沿空留巷支护技术研究

摘要 为了提高煤炭资源的回收率,神达望田煤业有限公司11215工作面采用了切顶卸压沿空留巷支护技术。为了确保留设巷道围岩的稳定性,结合现场实际情况,对11215运输顺槽采用了分阶段分区域的支护方案,并确定了合理的支护参数。实践表明,采用的支护方案减少了煤柱的留设,支护效果良好,沿空留巷围岩变形得到了有效控制,保障了工作面的生产安全。 In order to improve the recovery rate of coal resources,Shenda Wangtian Coal Industry Co.,Ltd.adopted the gob-side entry retaining support technology by roof cutting and pressure relief in 11215 working face.In order to ensure the stability of the surrounding rock of the reserved roadway,combined with the actual situation of the site,a staged and regional support scheme was adopted for 11215 headgate,and reasonable support parameters were determined.The practice shows that the adopted support scheme reduces the setting of coal pillars,and the support effect is good.The deformation of surrounding rock in the gob-side entry is effectively controlled,and the production safe of the working face is guaranteed.
