冀中南地区“石家庄—邢台”城市链发展构想

冀中南地区需要尽快形成“石家庄市—邢台市”城市链,通过石家庄市与京津大都市建立联系,在有效促进石家庄“第三极”城市团的同时,也加大了石家庄市与冀中南地区的联系.“石家庄市—邢台市”城市链依托县级中心地建立起来,乡镇中心地在城市链上发挥着底层支撑作用.“高邑县+柏乡县”整合在一起的高柏连接带成为“栾任链”上的承接点,进一步提升了“石家庄市—邢台市”城市链的发展质量,在此过程中要通过构建“元氏县—赵县—高邑县”三角形和“内丘县—隆尧县—柏乡县”三角形分别提升与栾城区、任泽区的黏合度,通过“两端挤压”推进“栾任链”中间地区凸起,让凸起更好地扮演承接角色.
