古镇保护与更新作为新型城镇化转型发展过程中的重要环节,对城镇未来发展具有历史、生态、经济等多重价值.针对当前古镇保护与更新过程中存在的历史遗产损坏、生态环境破坏、转型发展缓慢等现实问题与症结点,深入分析新型城镇化与古镇保护之间的矛盾与冲突,梳理出建设特色生态古镇、提升治理能力、推动产业一体化、落实政策申报等可行性路径,以期从全局角度助力城乡协调发展格局的构建,为古镇的新型城镇化建设、传统与现代融合发展提供借鉴思路.

The protection and renewal of ancient towns,as an important link in the transformation and development process of new urbanization,have multiple historical,ecological,and economic values for the future development of towns.The article focuses on the practical problems and symptoms of historical heritage damage,ecological environment damage,and slow transformation and development in the current process of protecting and updating ancient towns.It deeply analyzes the contradictions and conflicts between new urbanization and ancient town protection,and outlines feasible paths such as building characteristic ecological ancient towns,improving governance capabilities,promoting industrial integration,and implementing policy declarations,in order to assist in the construction of a coordinated urban-rural development pattern from a global perspective,provide reference ideas for the new urbanization construction and the integration of traditional and modern development of ancient towns.
