摘要
我国人口宏观形势对讨论和研究职业教育、高等教育和继续教育协同创新提供了新的切入点。我国社会老龄化特点不断加深、少子化趋势、退休年龄推迟和人口素质提升,切实影响着我国“三教”协同创新发展走向。强化“三教”协同创新系统联合性、凸显激励性机制、将其纳入终身教育框架是应对人口宏观形势的必然选择。应该拓宽宏观视角、打破重重壁垒、转变边缘取向,为我国“三教”协同创新发展搭建更广阔的舞台。
The macro situation of China s population provides a new entry point for the discussion and research of collaborative innovation of vocational education,higher education and continuing education.The deepening characteristics of China s aging society,the trend of fewer children in the population,the postponement of retirement age,and the improvement of population quality have a real impact on the development trend of“three education”collaborative innovation in China.It is an inevitable choice to strengthen the unity of the“three education”collaborative innovation system,highlight the incentive mechanism,and incorporate it into the lifelong education framework to cope with the macro population situation.We should broaden the macro perspective,break down barriers,and remove marginalization,so as to build a broader stage for the collaborative innovation and development of China s“three education”.
