摘要
2022年我国《职业教育法》修订,其以凸显职业教育类型定位为主线,构建职普融通且内部贯通的现代职业教育体系,提升企业与其他社会力量对职业教育的参与度,明确职业学校办学自主权,规范职业教育教师培养培训及评聘制度,加强学生实习权利和平等机会权利的保障,力求增强职业教育适应性。党的二十大报告提出了优化职业教育类型定位的最新要求,需要我们准确把握修法要旨、积极推动《职业教育法》的实施。
In 2022,China s Vocational Education Law was revised.It regards vocational education as an education type and takes it as the logical thread,builds the modern vocational education system with unified vocational and general education which is internally connected,enhances the participation of enterprises and other social forces,defines the autonomy of vocational schools,standardizes the training and evaluation system of vocational education teachers,strengthens the protection of students rights during the internship and the right acquiring equal opportunities,and strives to enhance the adaptability of vocational education.The Report to the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China puts forward the latest requirements of establishing vocational education as an education type better,which requires us to accurately grasp the essence of the law and promote the implementation of Vocational Education Law actively.
