我国教师惩戒权研究的历史回眸与研究前瞻——基于CiteSpace知识图谱的可视化分析 被引量:3

摘要 惩戒具有成就学生完善人格的重要教育价值,是教育目的达成的必要手段。面临教师惩戒权行使中的现实困境,要充分把握我国教师惩戒权研究的基本样态,以此为基础不断探索惩戒权行使的规范化路径。以CNKI数据库收录的2000年至今有关教师惩戒权研究的文献为数据来源,借助CiteSpace软件进行数据的计量分析和内容分析。研究发现:教师惩戒权研究经历初步探索、稳步拓展、蓬勃发展三个阶段;江苏大学、上海师范大学、黑龙江大学是主要研究力量,但尚未形成合作网络;内涵界定、现状反思、价值论证、经验借鉴、法律规制是主要研究内容;近年来研究聚焦以权利保障、程序正义为核心的教师惩戒权法制建设。后续研究将凸显研究宗旨的实践关切;加强研究主体的多方联动;把握研究内容的法治走向;提倡研究范式的融合共生。 Punishment has the important educational value of achieving students perfect personality,and it is the necessary means to achieve the purpose of education.Facing the practical difficulties in the exercise of teachers disciplinary power,we should fully grasp the basic pattern of the study of teachers disciplinary power in China,and constantly explore the standardized path of the exercise of disciplinary power on this basis.Based on CNKI database from 2000 to the present,this paper uses CiteSpace software to do quantitative analysis and content analysis.The results show that:The research on Teachers disciplinary power has experienced three stages(i.e.,initial exploration,steady expansion and vigorous development);Jiangsu University,Shanghai Normal University and Heilongjiang University are the most productive institutes on the topic,but the cooperation network has not formed;The main research contents include connotation definition,status quo reflection,value demonstration,experience reference and legal regulation;In recent years,the research focuses on the legal construction of teachers disciplinary power with the core of rights protection and procedural justice.Future research should highlight the practical concern of the research field,strengthen the multi-party linkage of research subjects,grasp the legal trend of the research content,and advocate the integration and symbiosis of different research paradigms.
