品管圈在提高自动化药房工作效率中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 目的提高医院自动化药房的工作效率。方法成立品管圈小组并按照品管圈十大步骤实施各项活动,分析造成自动化药房工作效率低的主要原因,探索解决问题的对策并加以实施,评价活动前后的效果。结果自动化药房工作效率的提高主要体现在发药机发药量自动化率由60.95%提升至71.13%、平均调配时间由30 s下降至18 s、患者平均取药时间由218 s下降至87 s,患者满意度由80%提高至96.01%;圈员的积极性、责任心、品管手法等自评的8项能力均得到大幅度提升。结论通过品管圈活动有效地提高了自动化药房的工作效率,提高了员工工作的热情和积极性,增强了团队的凝聚力,值得推广。 Objective To improve the work efficiency of hospital automated pharmacy.Methods We set up a quality control circle team and implemented various activities in accordance with the ten steps of the quality control circle,analyzed the main reasons for the low work efficiency of automated pharmacies,explored and implemented countermeasures to solve problems,and evaluated the effects before and after the activities.Results The improvement of the work efficiency of the automated pharmacy is mainly reflected in that the automation rate of the dispensing volume of the dispensing machine has increased from 60.95%to 71.13%,the average dispensing time has decreased from 30 s to 18 s,the average patient collection time has decreased from 218 s to 87 s,patient satisfaction increased from 80%to 96.01%;The enthusiasm,sense of responsibility and quality control skills of circle members have been greatly improved.Conclusion Through the activities of quality control circle,the work efficiency of automated pharmacy has been effectively improved,the enthusiasm and enthusiasm of employees have been improved,and the cohesion of the team has been enhanced,which is worthy of promotion.
