3D腹腔镜模拟训练器在外科临床教学中的应用效果

摘要 目的:探讨3D腹腔镜模拟训练器在外科临床教学中的效果。方法:选取2021年9月至11月进行外科实习的60名同学,随机分为2D组(n=30)与3D组(n=30),分别进行2D与3D腹腔镜模拟操作练习。模拟内容包括精准定位、手眼配合训练等。培训后进行考核,比较操作时间、主观评分(采用全球评价量表),并对培训满意度及视疲劳进行评价。结果:3D组各模块的用时短于2D组,全球评价量表得分高于2D组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。3D组对培训满意度、操作后的眼疲劳发生率高于2D组,差异亦有统计学意义(P<0.05)。培训考核后1 h,3D组眼疲劳发生率与2D组相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:3D腹腔镜模拟训练可帮助实习生降低腹腔镜操作难度,缩短操作时间,减少术中误操作,且对视觉影响较小,临床教学效果良好。 Objective:To explore the effect of 3D laparoscopic simulator training device in surgical clinical teaching.Methods:From Sep.2021 to Nov.2021,60 surgical interns were selected and randomly divided into 2D group(n=30)and 3D group(n=30)to conduct 2D and 3D laparoscopic simulation operation exercises respectively.Simulation content included precise positioning,hand-eye cooperation training.The examination was performed after training,the operation time and global rating scale score were compared,and the training satisfaction and visual fatigue were evaluated.Results:The time spent in each module of the 3D group was significantly shorter than that of the 2D group(P<0.05).Compared with the global rating scale scores,the 3D group scored significantly higher than the 2D group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The 3D group was significantly more satisfied with teaching than the 2D group(P<0.05).The incidence of eye fatigue after operation in the 3D group was significantly higher than that in the 2D group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).One hour after the training assessment,there was no significant diffe-rence in the incidence of eye fatigue between 3D group and 2D group(P>0.05).Conclusions:3D laparoscopic simulation training can help interns reduce the difficulty of laparoscopic operation,shorten the operation time,reduce misoperation during surgery,and has little visual impact and good clinical teaching effect.
