云平台环境下个人数据传播生态系统的复杂网络结构与功能分析

云平台环境下,个人数据传播正在形成一个庞大而复杂的生态系统,个人数据治理面临重大挑战,然而当前个人数据泄露研究集中于单一层面,如法律、技术、企业管理等,对个人数据传播与泄露的结构性风险的探索存在不足。本文基于云生态视角,采用复杂网络分析法分析个人数据传播的结构与功能,探索个人数据泄露的结构性风险。本文以我国网民使用的350个应用作为研究样本,建构个人数据传播网络的拓扑结构模型,并开展其结构和功能分析。研究发现,当前中国个人数据传播生态结构较合理,基本符合生态平衡要求,生态系统能实现良性发展;但同时个人数据传播生态系统的结构性风险显著,需建立灵敏的风险预警等外部干预机制;个人数据安全还需要采用生态化治理思路,政府要加强对生态系统结构的引导与干预。

In the cloud platform environment,personal data dissemination is forming a large and complex ecosystem,and personal data governance is facing major challenges.However,the current research on personal data leakage focuses on a single level of research,such as law,technology,corporate management,etc.,and there are still deficiencies in exploring the structural risks of personal data dissemination and leakage.Based on the perspective of cloud ecology,this paper uses complex network analysis to analyze the structure and function of personal data dissemination,and then explores the structural risks of personal data leakage.This paper takes 350 applications used by Chinese netizens as research samples,constructs the topological structure model of the personal data dissemination network,and analyzes the structure and function.At present,the ecological structure of personal data dissemination in China is relatively reasonable,which basically meets the requirements of ecological balance and can achieve healthy development;however,the structural risks of the ecosystem are significant,and external intervention mechanisms such as sensitive risk early warning need to be established;personal data security also needs to adopt ecological governance ideas,the government should strengthen the guidance and intervention of the ecosystem structure.
