Access数据库在教师信息资源整合与构建中的应用研究——以职业本科为例

Research on the Application of Access Database in the Integration and Construction of Teachers'Information Resources-A Case Study of Vocational Undergraduate

随着现代信息技术的快速发展,数据信息管理已经离不开计算机数据库技术。针对教师信息资源管理,通过走访同类型职业本科院校发现,各高校在教师资源管理方面信息化水平参差不齐,主要存在三大问题。针对存在的问题,分析Access数据库在信息管理中的优势,建立以西安汽车职业大学电子信息工程学院教师为例的资源信息库,并通过数据库中关系、窗体、查询等功能使数据之间建立联系,可更便利地获取有用信息,提高工作效率。

With the rapid development of modern information technology,data information management has been inseparable from computer database technology.Regarding the management of teacher information resources,we visit to some vocational undergraduate colleges of the same type,it is found that the level of informatization in teacher resource management varies among universities,there are three main problems.In view of the existing problems,the advantages of Access database in information management are analyzed,a resource information database is established with the teachers of the School of Electronic Information Engineering of Xi'an Vocational University of Automobile as examples,and by establishing connections among data through functions such as relationships,forms,and queries in the database,useful information can be more conveniently obtained and work efficiency can be improved.
