摘要
随着我国出台系列政策支持工程总承包业务发展,我国铁路工程建设模式进入新的发展阶段。结合当前铁路EPC模式的发展历程,详细分析传统建设模式下科技创新存在的矛盾,以及EPC模式在科技创新中的优势。以中国铁路设计集团有限公司试点的EPC项目为例,分析其科技开发研究过程,提出广湛、汕汕铁路EPC项目工程开展科技创新的思路与措施,以及取得的成果与经验。研究成果为铁路建设中依托EPC项目开展科技创新提供了参考,有利于进一步提高铁路科技创新水平。
With the introduction of a series of policies to support the development of general contracting business,China’s railway engineering construction mode has entered a new stage of development.In combination with the development process of the current railway EPC mode,the contradiction of scientific and technological innovation in the traditional construction mode and the advantages of EPC mode in scientific and technological innovation are analyzed in detail.Taking the pilot EPC project of China Railway Design Corporation as an example,this paper analyzes its scientific and technological development and research process and puts forward the ideas and measures of scientific and technological innovation,as well as the achievements and experience obtained in the EPC project of Guangzhou-Zhanjiang and Shantou-Shanwei Railways.The research results provide a reference for scientific and technological innovation in railway construction relying on EPC projects,which is conducive to further improving the level of railway scientific and technological innovation.
