摘要
铁路EPC项目工程建设具有专业性强、工程结构复杂、技术要求高等特点,工程方案的系统性、可实施性、经济性、安全性等问题需要从设计源头进行控制。通过从技术创新、系统设计、精细化设计、投资控制、设计与施工融合、设计与采购融合、BIM技术应用、绿色设计及文化传承等9个方面分析设计对铁路EPC项目的源头控制作用,提出设计源头控制手段,采用标准化设计和差异化设计相结合的方式,体现以设计主导的铁路EPC项目技术优势。
The construction of railway EPC projects is characterized by strong professionalism,complex engineering structure and high technical requirements.The systematicness,feasibility,economical efficiency and safety of the engineering scheme need to be controlled from the design source.By analyzing the source control effects of engineering design on railway EPC projects from 9 aspects,including technological innovation,system design,detailed design,investment control,engineering and construction integration,engineering and procurement integration,BIM technology application,green design,and cultural heritage,the design source control means are proposed,and the combination of standardized design and differentiated design is adopted,so as to reflect the technical advantages of design-based railway EPC projects.
