EPC模式下动车所项目工艺优化设计及接口管理

摘要 铁路动车所是系统性极强、涉及专业众多、接口复杂的工程。工艺专业作为动车所总体专业,其整体设计方案对于项目质量、投资和建设工期具有重大影响。结合南通动车所优化设计及建设经验,提出EPC模式下动车所工艺优化设计方法及接口管理方案。主要结论如下:(1)根据EPC模式下动车所项目特点,工艺专业应发挥主导作用,制定相应的优化设计原则、优化设计要点及优化设计流程,从而优化整体设计方案;(2)工艺专业根据EPC模式下的职责特点,重点理顺接口关系、把控接口管理;(3)南通动车所在建设过程中体现了设计、采购、施工一体化优势。 The construction of railway EMU workshop is a highly systematic project involving many disciplines and complex interfaces.The process discipline is crucial for the overall design of EMU workshop,and the overall design scheme has a great impact on the project quality,investment and construction period.Combined with the optimization design and practice of Nantong EMU workshop construction,the paper proposes the process optimization design approach and interface management scheme of EMU workshop in EPC mode.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)According to the characteristics of the EMU workshop project in EPC mode,the process discipline shall play a leading role in establishing corresponding optimization design principles,optimization design key points and optimization design processes,and optimizing the overall design scheme;(2)The process discipline shall focus on straightening out the interface relationship and controlling the interface management according to the responsibilities and characteristics in EPC mode;(3)Nantong EMU has developed the advantages of integration of engineering,procurement and construction during the construction process.
