EPC模式下铁路项目的施工图阶段设计优化

摘要 铁路工程总承包项目的设计管理与传统建设管理模式不同,具有综合性、系统性和集成性等特点。设计优化在工程总承包项目中是决定建设项目投资控制效果的关键因素,对建设项目的进度和风险控制起着重要作用。针对铁路工程总承包项目施工图设计阶段,明确设计优化的主要任务和遵循的主要原则,提出设计优化思路,根据实际案例从设计输入、重点工程专项研究、降低施工难度、落实边界条件、加强设计与施工深度融合等方面进行风险识别与评估,提出优化设计措施。研究成果可为后续铁路EPC项目设计优化提供参考。 Different from the traditional construction management mode,the design management of railway engineering general contracting projects is comprehensive,systematic and integrated.In general contracting projects,design optimization is the key factor that determines the investment control effect of construction projects,and plays an important role in the progress and risk control.In view of the construction drawing design stage of the railway engineering general contracting project,this paper clarifies the main tasks and principles of design optimization,of which the ideas are put forward.According to the actual cases,risk identification and assessment are carried out from the aspects of design input,separate research of key projects,reduction of construction difficulty,implementation of boundary conditions,and strengthening of in-depth integration of design and construction.Optimized design measures are put forward as well.The research results can provide references for the design optimization of subsequent railway EPC projects.
