摘要
对于铁路工程项目物资招标采购工作,合理设置最高限价、规范价格管理,能够有效控制采购成本、提高物资采购招标的成功率,其节支降耗效果显著,是铁路工程总承包(EPC)项目合理控制建设成本的有效措施,符合中国国家铁路集团有限公司提出的工作要求。结合近年来工作管理实践,分析铁路工程EPC项目限价管理工作存在的问题,提出铁路工程EPC项目甲供物资采购最高限价管理的方法。
For the tendering and procurement of materials for railway projects,reasonable setting of the ceiling price and standardization of price management can effectively control the procurement cost and improve the success rate of tendering and procurement of materials,and save costs and reduce consumption.It is effective to reasonably control the construction costs of the railway EPC projects and meet the requirements of China Railway.Based on the work management practice in recent years,this paper finds after analysis that there are problems in the price limit management of railway EPC projects,and puts forward the management method of ceiling price for procurement of materials supplied by Party A for railway EPC projects.
