影响工程质量安全的因素及质量监督对策分析

Analysis of Influencing Factors of Project Quality and Safety and Quality Supervision Countermeasures

工程质量安全管理工作的有序开展,不仅有利于为人们的生命财产安全提供基本保障,还可以提高企业的核心竞争力,但由于目前施工技术不够先进,工程监督人员数量少,缺少质量检测及安全质量监督信息系统不完善等问题,导致工程质量监督管理工作停滞不前。基于此,本文提出加强监理制度的建设、完善工程安全质量监督体系、强调监理执行力、加强监督队伍素质建设等一系列措施,以期为提高工程质量监督管理水平提供参考。

The orderly development of project quality and safety management is not only conducive to providing basic guarantee for people’s life and property safety,but also improves the core competitiveness of enterprises.However,due to the fact that current construction technology is not advanced enough,the number of project supervisors is low,the quality inspection is absent,the safety and quality supervision information system is not perfect and other problems,the project quality supervision and management are stagnated.Based on this condition,this paper puts forward a series of measures such as strengthening the construction of the supervision system,improving the project safety and quality supervision system,emphasizing the supervision execution ability,and strengthening the quality construction of the supervision team,in order to provide reference for improving the level of project quality supervision and management.
