建筑行业现代化发展的过程中,行业内的管理理念发生了显著变化,建筑经济管理成为项目中关注的重点方面。目前的建筑项目中,许多企业的建筑经济管理取得了突出成就,有效应对了各种风险,提升了项目的经济效益与社会效益。但部分企业的建筑经济管理理念滞后,方法落后,存在着经济管理方面的诸多风险,影响了项目实施。基于此,本文分析了建筑经济管理的风险问题,提出了有效的风险防范策略,对实际项目具有指导价值。

In the process of modernization development of the construction industry,the management concept in the industry has changed significantly,and the construction economic management has become the focus of the project.In the current construction projects,many enterprises have made outstanding achievements in the construction economic management,effectively cope with various risks,and enhance the economic and social benefits of the project.However,the concept and method of construction economic management of some enterprises lag behind,and there are many risks in economic management,which affect the implementation of the project.Based on this condition,this paper analyzes the risk problems of construction economic management,and puts forward effective risk prevention strategies,which have guiding value for practical projects.
