This paper takes a building intelligent project in a plot of Ningbo city as an example,and analyzes the key points of construction project bidding planning and implementation.On the basis of sorting out the basic concepts and processes of bidding,this paper introduces the overview of the project,and then emphasizes on the key points of bidding planning and implementation.This paper provides useful ideas and methods for the research on the key points of construction bidding planning and implementation.Finally,this paper summarizes the bidding experience and results,puts forward the issues that need to be concerned in the implementation of subsequent engineering projects,and provides a strong reference for research and practice in related fields.
