摘要 本文以宝山区杨行镇“城中村”改造安置房项目为例,围绕深基坑围护施工技术应用进行探讨。首先分析深基坑围护施工区域的地质条件,并研究了关键技术内容,涉及土方开挖、斜换撑施工、降排水施工、混凝土浇筑施工等环节;而后探讨裂缝问题产生原因及解决措施;最后总结了基坑监测要点,包括沉降监测、位移监测、水位监测等。通过强化施工技术与基坑监测控制,最终取得了预期的深基坑围护施工效果,希望本文研究可为相关从业人员提供帮助。 This paper takes the“urban village”renovation resettlement housing project in Yanghang Town of Baoshan District as an example,and discusses the application of deep foundation pit supporting construction technology.Firstly,the geological conditions of the deep foundation pit supporting construction area are analyzed,and the key technical contents are studied,involving earthwork excavation,diagonal replacement and bracing construction,drainage construction,concrete pouring construction and other links.Then,the causes of cracks and their solutions are discussed.Finally,the key points of foundation pit monitoring are summarized,including settlement monitoring,displacement monitoring,water level monitoring,etc.By strengthening the construction technology and foundation pit monitoring and control,the expected deep foundation pit supporting construction effect is finally achieved,hoping to help relevant practitioners.
