基于光线追迹法的单椎管X光器件的模拟及验证

摘要 本文基于光线追迹法建立了一种单椎管X光器件的数学模型。利用数值模拟的方法实现了对X光经过不同单椎管X光器件传输的传输效率和光斑形貌的模拟,通过实验验证了模型建立的正确性。利用建立的数学模型研究了单椎管的成像特性,指导单椎管X光器件的制作。
