钻孔灌注桩施工流程优化措施研究

Study on Optimization Measures of Construction Process of Bored Pile

钻孔灌注桩是由机械成孔,并在其内放置钢筋笼,然后灌注混凝土而做成的桩,是桩基施工中最常采用的一种形式。作为工程施工项目中最常采用的一种基础,钻孔灌注桩施工流程是否合理、便利,关系到桩基础乃至整个工程项目的工期和质量。文章通过对冷链物流园项目钻孔灌注桩施工流程进行研究,梳理可优化点,提出了调整部分工序施工顺序、合并工序缩短停滞时间、简化桩孔验收程序、缩减部分材料运输距离等优化措施。优化后,提高了冷链物流园桩基础施工效率、缩短项目工期,并提升了桩基础施工的成桩质量及施工安全性。对其他项目类似工程施工流程的优化,有一定的参考借鉴价值。

Bored pile is made of mechanical hole,and placed in the reinforcing cage,and then poured concrete pile.It is the most commonly used form in pile foundation construction.As a kind of foundation most commonly used in engineering construction projects,whether the construction process of bored pile is reasonable and convenient is related to the construction period and quality of the pile foundation and even the whole project.This paper studied the construction process of bored cast-in-place pile in cold chain logistics park project,sorted out the optimization points,and put forward optimization measures such as adjusting the construction sequence of part of the process,merging the process to shorten the stagnation time,simplifying the acceptance procedure of pile hole,and reducing the transportation distance of part of materials.After optimization,the construction efficiency of pile foundation in the cold chain logistics park is improved,the project duration is shortened,and the piling quality and construction safety of pile foundation construction are improved.It has a certain reference value for the optimization of the construction flow of other similar projects.
