数字城市发展背景下城市更新策略研究--以南宁高新技术产业开发区城市更新为例

Research on Urban Renewal Strategies under the Background of Digital City Development:Taking the Urban Renewal of Nanning High Tech Industrial Development Zone as an Example

数字城市的新技术、新理论对城市更新的方式方法、开发建设管理等模式提出了更新的思路和要求。研究在分析数字城市的演进历程、城市更新的逻辑变化及现有开发建设管理模式的基础上,根据数字城市的发展特征与优势,探索数字城市背景下的城市更新策略,并以南宁高新技术产业开发区为例进行实证分析和研究,提出“定方向——建体系——保实施”的“三步走”的策略,旨更好地为现阶段城市更新工作提供参考思路。

The new technology and theory of Digital City put forward new ideas and requirements for the mode and method of urban renewal and the mode of development and construction management.Based on the analysis of the evolution of digital city,the logical change of urban renewal and the existing management mode of development and construction,according to the development characteristics and advantages of digital city,to explore urban renewal strategies in the context of digital city,and to conduct empirical analysis and research with the example of Nanning hi-tech industrial development zone,this paper puts forward the"Three-step"strategy of"Orienting-constructing system-ensuring implementation",aiming to provide a better reference for the current urban renewal work.
