摘要
本文以G30连霍高速公路忠和隧道施工为背景,对三车道大跨度隧道下穿黄土地区所遇扰动后变形大、易坍塌等重难点问题进行探讨分析,并提出针对性施工措施,通过详细分析超前支护、导坑开挖等施工技术要点及技术参数,辅以对施工过程中压力及应力应变进行实时监测,结合监控量测的双控手段,为大断面黄土隧道施工保驾护航,有效实现对大断面黄土隧道围岩支护结构的动态监测管理,科学指导施工,确保大断面隧道安全穿越黄土地区。该高速公路大断面隧道在黄土地区施工的相关技术研究及数据、资料积累也为后续类似施工提供了借鉴和参考。
Based on the construction of the Zhonghe Tunnel in the G30 Lianyungang-Khorgas Expressway,this paper discusses and analyzes the problems of large deformation and easy collapse due to disturbance in the loess area of the three-lane long-span tunnel,and also puts forward the corresponding construction measures.Through detailed analysis of the construction technology key points and technical parameters such as advance support,pilot pit excavation and so on,supplemented by real-time monitoring of the pressure,stress and strain in the construction process,combined with the double-control means of monitoring and measuring,it can protect and escort the construction of large-section loess tunnel,effectively realize the dynamic monitoring and management of surrounding rock support structure of large-section loess tunnel,and guide the construction scientifically,to ensure the safety of large cross-section tunnel through the loess region.The technical research,data and information accumulation of the construction of the large-section tunnel in loess area of this expressway also provide reference for the following similar construction.
