安亦佳海藻酸钠修护敷料治疗特应性皮炎疗效及对皮肤屏障功能的影响研究

Study on the clinical efficacy and effect on skin barrier function of An Yijia sodium alginate dressing in the treatment of atopic dermatitis

目的 研究安亦佳海藻酸钠修护敷料联合丁酸氢化可的松乳膏治疗轻中度特应性皮炎的临床疗效。方法 纳入轻中度特应性皮炎患者62例随机分为研究组和对照组,每组31例。对照组患者局部外用丁酸氢化可的松乳膏;研究组患者外用安亦佳海藻酸钠修护敷料联合丁酸氢化可的松乳膏,每天使用2次,连续使用28 d。比较两组患者的湿疹面积及严重程度指数(EASI)评分、研究者总体评估(IGA)评分、皮肤屏障功能和不良反应发生情况。结果 治疗后,研究组患者的EASI评分显著低于对照组患者,研究组患者的IGA评分显著低于对照组患者(P<0.05);研究组患者的经表皮水分流失量显著低于对照组患者,研究组患者的角质层含水量和皮脂含量显著高于对照组患者(P<0.05);研究组患者的不良反应发生情况显著低于对照组患者(P<0.05)。结论 安亦佳海藻酸钠修护敷料联合丁酸氢化可的松乳膏可提高治疗轻中度特应性皮炎患者的临床疗效,有效改善皮肤屏障功能,降低不良反应。

Objective To study the clinical efficacy of An Yijia sodium alginate dressing combination with hydrocortisone butyrate cream in the treatment of mild to moderate atopic dermatitis.Methods Sixty-two patients with mild to moderate atopic dermatitis were randomly divided into a study group and a control group,with 31 patients in each group.In the control group,topical hydrocortisone butyrate cream was applied topically;in the study group,topical sodium alginate repair dressing combined with hydrocortisone butyrate cream was applied twice daily for 28 days.The area and severity index(EASI)scores,investigator's overall assessment(IGA)scores,skin barrier function and adverse effects were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,patients in the study group had significantly lower EASI scores and IGA scores than patients in the control group(P<0.05);patients in the study group had significantly lower transepidermal water loss than patients in the control group,and patients in the study group had significantly higher stratum corneum water content and sebum content than patients in the control group(P<0.05);The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion An Yijia sodium alginate dressing combined with hydrocortisone butyrate cream can improve the clinical efficacy of patients with mild to moderate atopic dermatitis,effectively improve the skin barrier function and reduce adverse reactions.
