中国医院药学门诊发展现状研究进展

Research progress on development of hospital pharmacist-managed clinic in China

药学门诊是药师以提高患者生活质量为目的,以合理用药为中心,在医院或社区诊所对患者进行用药评估、药物重整、用药教育及随访等系列相关药学服务,为促进合理用药、保障患者用药安全发挥了重要的作用。本文通过对我国药学门诊的研究现状作一综述,拟为政府及卫生主管部门制订相关政策提供参考。

Pharmacist-managed clinic is a pharmacist to improve the quality of life of patients for the purpose of rational drug use as the center,a series of pharmaceutical services,such as drug evaluation,drug reorganization,drug education and follow-up,have played an important role in promoting rational drug use and ensuring the safety of drug use.In this paper,the status quo of pharmacist-managed clinic in our country is reviewed,to provide reference for the government and health authorities to formulate relevant policies.
